You are invited to the 2008 End of Season WRJFC Celebrations …
As in previous years there will be stalls including penalty shoot out, soak the coach/parent, BBQ, tombola, inflatable slide & many more ..
In the evening there will be a disco & it is proposed that we have a pizza buffet again in the evening. Orders for pizzas will be taken on the day (before 3:30pm)
Can you or your employer donate a raffle prize? Have you any items that could be used on the tombola? Tombola prizes can be anything from a bar of soap or a bottle of wine to unwanted Christmas presents!
Donated raffle prizes are needed preferably before the end of April to enable us to have time to print the tickets & distribute before the end of the season. However, tombola prizes can be given to your rep nearer the date. Details of raffle prizes will be updated as received on the wrenthorperangers.org website
Please note: Trophy Day is reliant on volunteers helping in many ways from preparation before the day to clearing up afterwards!
